Dr. Nwosu has held Senior Technology Research and Development positions with IBM, AT&T Bell Labs, and Lucent Technologies in United States. He has an extensive 20-year background in Advanced Software Engineering and Information Technology. He has started and managed two IT companies. Dr. Nwosu previously worked for IBM (as Software Engineer) in the POWER Parallel AIX-ESA project; and Lucent Bell Labs as Member of Technical Staff in Object-Oriented Research and Development (R&D) in Murray Hill, NJ, USA. He has also been the Chief Technology Office (CTO) for CompeTech Smartcard Solutions (CSS), Moonachie, NJ. He has been an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Rutgers Univ., Newark; and a Visiting Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, New Jersey. He is a Member of the IEEE Society, Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), New York Academy of Sciences, and American Association of University Professors (AAUP). He has served as Program Member and Chairman for several IEEE and ACM International Conferences / Workshops / Symposia; and also as a Guest Editor of the IEEE Multimedia Journal. He has authored two books on Multimedia Database systems.(1) Multimedia Database Systems: Design and Implementation Strategies, (2) Multimedia Database Management Systems: Research Issues and Future Directions; and has published over 30 technical papers in the areas of Multimedia Systems, Object-Oriented Systems, Software Engineering, Databases, Video-On-Demand, Distributed Computing Systems, Data Storage and Retrieval, etc. He has filed and received patents in the areas of Biometrics Identification, Verification, and Authentication. Dr. Nwosu is listed in the 2000-2001 edition of Who's Who in Science and Engineering; the 1998 Edition of Who's Who in America; and the 1998 Edition of Who's Who in the World. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

Tom Iseghohi, MBA; Advisor - Marketing/Sales
An experienced executive with more than 18 years of corporate business experience with leadership roles in Finance, Strategy, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Operations. He is currently the CEO of Hudson Consulting Group. In his most recent role as Corporate Controller, Tom was the Chief Accounting Officer of American Express Company and was responsible for leading the major critical financial processes for the company. Responsibilities include internal and external reporting, financial policy and control. He also led critical external interfaces with the Board, analysts, rating agencies and the SEC. In a very active legislative and rigorous accounting rule-making environment, Tom was successful in leading the company's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and managed the SEC relationship. He ran the company's disclosure committee, the CEO/CFO attestation process and was among a handful of individuals, including the CEO, CFO, General Counsel and General Auditor, who were responsible for all external reporting decisions. Prior to American Express, Tom served as Executive Director of Purchasing, eBusiness and Strategy for Ford Motor Company's $96 Billion Purchasing Division. Tom played a key role in Ford Motor Company's recognition as a leader in minority supplier development. He sat on Ford's Global Strategy Committee and served as the secretary of the President's Operating committee. While at Ford Motor Company, Tom also ran Finance for Global Manufacturing as Assistant Controller of Global Vehicle Operations, was instrumental in the tripling of the profitability of Mustangs as Director of Strategy and Controller of Product Development for Performance and Luxury Cars (Jaguar, Aston Martin, Mustang, Lincoln and Thunderbird), reengineered Global Logistics, ran Global Car Pricing for the $150 billion Marketing and Sales Division and led the restructure of European Logistics. Tom joined Ford Motor Company from Pepsi, where he held positions in Finance, Sales and Headquarter Staff. His last assignment at Pepsi was as CFO of a $2 billion Division. In his assignment as National Group Manager of Sales Operations, Tom redesigned and implemented "The Driving Force" and refocused the sales force from non-value added activities to allow more time to sell and grow the business. Sales grew significantly as a result of this initiative. Tom obtained his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Bethune-Cookman College and his MBA in Finance and International Business from The Ohio State University.

Director, Business Development & Strategic Planning Mr. Dan Nwosu brings to the company his diverse experiences spanning over 18 years in Industrial Management, Business Administration, and Banking Management. He was a pioneer Management Staff of Rimco Ltd. makers of Life Vegetable Oil - in Production and Quality Control Department. Prior to moving to United States in 1998, he successfully started and managed two businesses from start-up. While in United States, for several years he was member of the Management team of P.C.Richard & Son - dealers in electronics and appliances - with 50 store chain, one of the most profitable and successful family owned stores in New York Metro Area. Mr. Nwosu was also an Assistant Branch Manager and Operations Manager at Washington Mutual Bank at Morris Plains, New Jersey - the largest and most profitable branch in the region. He successfully navigated the branch during the bank collapse and merger with JP Morgan Chase. Most recently he was a Manager at JP Morgan Chase retail branch at Morris Plains, New Jersey. Enemouh brings several years of Marketing and Management experiences. She has vast experiences in marketing having worked for Insurance and Pension companies including African Alliance Insurance Company Ltd., Lagos and ARMCO Asset and Retirement Management Company Ltd., Lagos (a Pension Administration Company). As a member of the Managerial team of the Lekki Suites Hotel, Lagos, she oversaw the transformation of the hotel including the digitization and computerization of the business environment.
